Returns and Refund Policy
Once you decide to return products, please email us immediately at email@example.com, and giving us your name, contact details, order number, reasons for return.
You can return product within 7 days of receiving the goods. The product must be in a good resalable condition, in its original packaging and with instructions where applicable. The product must not have any sign of usage or be marked in any way. A refund will only be issued once the product has been confirmed to be in a saleable condition. If deemed not resalable, the goods will be returned to you at your cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The original delivery charges will not be refunded and the return of goods is at your own cost. Please ensure the products are packaged carefully and retain proof of postage. Payment will be credited within 30 days by the same method used to purchase the goods.
Once payment has been received by us, we’ll send an email confirming your order. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched. We aim to process orders within 3 working days. In all instances we will keep you updated on your order status. With International Delivery, the delivery time will depend on your location. With Ems it will usually takes 7-9 days to main cities, but this is not applicable before Christmas.
If you wish to receive your product before Christmas, please place the order and finish the payment before November 30.
